Therefore, we proudly introduce our latest tuning, which can transform T2, T3, and T4 Volvo engines into powerful, tuned T5 engines! But what makes this upgrade truly unique? What makes this tuning unique?
While turbo upgrades are not new, our approach is exceptionally simple and effective. All you need to do is purchase a T5 Turbocharger and have it installed on your car, or leave the installation to us. We then apply a special tuning specifically developed for T2, T3, and T4 models. The result? The power of a tuned T5 model, but even more than what you would normally expect from a standard T5 tuning.
For comparison, with a ‘regular’ T5 tuning of, for instance, the V90 T5 (2016 – 2018), you go from 254 Hp to 276 Hp and from 350 Nm to 420 Nm.
With the T5 Turbo upgrade for the V90 T4, you go from 190 Hp to 285 Hp and from 300 Nm to 445 Nm!

Is a T5 OEM Turbocharger necessary and how do I get one?
Yes, to fully benefit from this upgrade, a T5 turbocharger is necessary. This turbo is larger than those in T2, T3, and T4 models, making it possible to generate significantly more power. You can purchase this turbo from any supplier of your choice. We can provide both the turbocharger and the software for you. If you install the turbo yourself (or have it installed), we will only take care of the software upgrade.

We wanted to offer our customers something unique, giving them the opportunity to upgrade their existing T2, T3, or T4 without the cost of a brand-new car. The process is very simple. Either we or the customer installs the T5 turbo, and then we adjust the software with our in-house developed Rica software. This ensures a smooth and quick upgrade without any hassle.
