Rollerbench / power bench / dynotest
At Rica Engineering we never stop working on our software. Everything is performance tested and checked on our MAHA 4WD rollerbench, also known as powerbench or dynotest. This way we can guarantee that our software gives you the best performance. Modifications with Rica software do not affect the technical performance of your car.
On the dyno we can see with the help of data logging where there is still room for extra power or possible improvements. Throttle response, rpm limiters, maximum torque and power can all be adjusted.
We can make all the possible adjustments in the ECM software from almost any type of engine management system, including OEM and standalone.

STAP 1 | Pre-dyno check
We start with a basic inspection of the car, making sure the car is suitable for dyno tuning.
STAP 2 | Light load dyno testing
We begin running and mapping the engine on light load. This way we can see if everything is working properly and the engine is running okay.
STAP 3 | Mapping
Mapping the ecu; fuel, ignition and boost will be adjusted through the full rev range.
STAP 4 | Road test
After dyno mapping we will test the car on the road. to make sure it behaves just as well in the real world.
